Charming and comfortable. A great place to spend a night or two. The room itself was great (even though my wife expected a microwave and refrigerator). The bed gets an A for comfort. The bathroom was spotless. The television had more than enough channels. Having temperature controls in the room allowed us to set it at our own comfort level. Nice Hotel, but not Worth the Money My room was never cleaned. It was annoying to try and get refills of coffee and tea. Rooms do not come with refrigerators as advertised on their website. The bathroom sink had no cold water. The noises from the aging plumbing are extremely loud and persistent.

Customer service was amazing. Easy check in and out and the valet employees were awesome. Next time I am in Philadelphia, I will be staying here again. Amazing hotel.
Hotel was fine, but we were given an interior room without any exterior windows (the only window opened up to a seating area in the hallway which was loud in the morning). It wasn't clear to us that was a possibility when we booked.
