Very modern rooms and it was very clean. Staff was helpful and when we asked for something they were really quick to deliver.

Rough edges but great staff Our stay had some rough edges. The bathroom door was broken, our room wasn't clean until nearly 5 pm one day, and the TV remote didn't work. On the other hand, we've rarely encountered a hotel with such a friendly and helpful staff and each of our issues was attended to right away. In addition, the hotel is clean, stylish and in a convenient location.

Le Meridien Philadelphia is a clean hotel in a central location, across the street from Philadelphia City Hall. The rooms are spacious and well designed, with luxury bathroom amenities. Valet parking is expensive, and the valets are not very slow and do not always bring the correct car. The front desk staff were very kind and competent, and were able to fully explain the amenities of the hotel and places near the hotel.
