Great location. They forgot to do the room once. Bathroom door knob stuck in a locked position.
Very pleased overall with this hotel. Staff very nice and accommodating. Only issue was it appeared body wash wasn't full, possibly leftover, not enough for 2. Missing 1 face towel, one bath towel had stain. Did call for service, but no one came. Valet parking was great. Will stay again
Visit to tour Temple University Check in was quick and easy. The front desk associate was very professional and courteous. The room is everything that we expected. I would definitely stay there on our next visit to Philadelphia!!!
Great hotel. The mattress could be softer and both windows should have had filtering blinds instead of only black out curtains.
