Room was beautiful, good location, staff was super friendly and nice. The only con is no parking lot, they had valet parking though. Or you would have to park on the street or the nearby parking lots.
Our room was extremely quiet from any street noise or overall hotel noise. No available parking space for unloading car. Have stayed here 3 times and highly recommend the hotel.
Highly Recommended Excellent. Clean and quiet with pleasant staff. Great location for walking to historic areas, museums, Reading Market, Chinatown, and great restaurants.
The shower head did not work because it was missing a knob that is used to turn-on the shower. They send something to fix it, he came and looked at it and left saying that he will be right back. And then he showed up. There was no fridge in the room and the coffee machine was dusty and dirty. Overall disappointed with the room and will not come back.
