A great bed, and helpful staff. Would recommend, and stay again
Excellent, friendly staff, and comfortable. But it doesn't have a pool.
Great Location, easy walk to Center City attractions, the room was super clean and comfortable.
We arrived at 2:31 and they said we couldn't check in because it was not 3. We waited in the bar area. At 3, 10 people jumped in line to check in. We didn't get to the front of the line until 3:30. That's terrible customer service. What could possibly have happened between 2:31 and 3 that made check-in possible? Nothing. It would've been available at 2:30.
