I had a wonderful experience with JenniferDonaldson today. I really felt valued and appreciated. In a world absent of live customer care representatives, it was quite the shock actually hearing a live voice, and someone who showed concern for my situation is a very important aspect. I look forward to working with her again, and if anyone has any interest in obtaining this type of coverage. I will definitely recommend her.
