Just like a user mentioned before I just received a telephone call from an individual attempting to sell me coverage from CoverageX. The call originated from another individual and was then passed to this person. The salesman was extremely pushy and over talking me but informed me of the coverage I could obtain. These guys are SHADY! These guys are so shady. Their Director of Operations is from Protect My Car. Protect My Car has serious violations for NOT PAYING FOR REPAIRS. These yahoos use the same formula to start a company, take customers money, string them along and then close down. These contracts are NOT insurance. There are no reserves protecting your payments. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Home Warranty Services (888)743-0302, a company I believe is misusing Thumbtack’s platform and causing financial harm to contractors. On August, we received a Thumbtack lead connected to a customer covered under Home Warranty Services. We performed a diagnostic service for the customer’s washing machine. Customer Service was Rude as Hell! They pressured a senior citizen into buying their product and then when we tried to cancel it because he already had a plan with another company we had to call them 3 times, they said they would call us back, that didn't happen!
