Tonia was very pleasant and easy to work with, she was able to answer all my questions and direct me to where I was suppose to go to take care of the oil leak that was detected by the mechanic at the dealership where I got the oil change done.

I had a great experience with coverage x even though I didn’t use the the plan, but every time I call the customer service person was professional and seemed to care about the issue I was having, he was also very polite and knowledgeable.

Well today was a wonderful day. I took my SUV to the dealership service department to do an diagnostic test on my infotainment system because it had started glitching. It was very important to me as I can't us hands free due to the inability of the system malfunctioning. I have a extended warranty that was not part of the actual warranty because it didn't prevent the vehicle from functioning mechanically but they did honor the respect of being a valued customer and covered some of the cost.
