Wish I had never updated. New app is useless. Makes things more complicated and time consuming than previous version. When I made it to the end of an order, I got an error message with no explanation. Gave up trying. Admit that the update doesn't work and fix it! What was wrong with the old version?
Can't customize order very well, no choice for bread other than biscuits or cornbread even though they also offer sourdough. Couldn't add a drink. No option for plain hash browns even though they have it. Also even though my gift card has a $20 balance and my order was only $14 it wouldn't accept so I still had to call and place my order and pay inside. App was nothing but a waste of my time.
What is the point of having an app if you can't actually use it to order? You can get all the way through choosing your options for it to turn around and day "no longer available" when you try to add to order. Literally every item is "no longer available" so why even bother having an app or online ordering? Tried to give them another chance but it's been over a month and still unable to order. Absolutely ridiculous.
The app does not work! While speaking to a manager at a Round Rock location, it was evident the app did not work for their wait list. My wife managed to put us on their wait list via their website.
This app has so many problems is useless
Who changed the app , what a mistake. Put it back to the wsy it wss. The update wont even let me complete the order to pick it up or delivery.
Great menu 4 sure, but my recent experience has been abbysmal: curbside phone-ins won't register, racist treatment inside-dining of some Blacks being served last at times, serving cold hard biscuits and corn muffins, some condescending servers at times. No response from head quarters when filing complaints. 🤔
Horrible. This app used to be great. No problems. Now, I can't even use it. I have to phone my order in.
Ever since the "update" you can never make a profile. A "verify" code is never sent to the same email I've been using all year to make orders. When choosing sides it won't tell you specifically which one the restaurant doesn't have. Yet when you call the restaurant all of what the app says it doesn't have they do have in stock. Everything was fine before this update.
