I really don't like the new look, at all. And I'm beyond disappointed my favorite entree (grilled catfish) is gone.
The menu is out of order and doesn't list everything.
Screwed up app. It's impossible to use. So is the Website. You can't create an account. It requests an impossible amount of upper case, lower case, special symbols and numbers. Then it won't sens a code to verify. Then Don't waste your time, it's not user friendly.
The app has incomplete menu and says breakfast is no longer available.
It never works....been tring now for over a months,,even called the store and talked to them. They say, the app doesnt work

How can an ordering app be this bad? At first it let me add the order to my cart then when I went to edit it, it gave an error message: ERROR ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Every single thing I tried to order gave me this error. Even reinstalling did not fix this. Ended up going elsewhere. Absolute garbage app.
App freezes when I try to biew my order and checkout. The update is horrible!
no gluten free area or allergin area & not much of a menu at all. Very confusing
