I can't get this app to let me place an order anymore. Although I can't get the website to let me either so maybe they both just suck which I hate bc I love Cracker Barrel.
Sucks! The layout of the menu makes no sense. The way the menu selections function when trying to add items to your cart is stupid. To explain, you pick your entree, select your sides and get a Opps message that the item isn't available. What isn't said is whether it's the entree, or one of the sides that isn't available. I found out that a side that isn't available was the reason I kept getting the Opps message. The app know which sides aren't available at the restaurant location.
Horrible app! Never works I've tried multiple times to place an order, and it never does it. Neither does their website. Just do it old school and call in your order or go there and do it in person.
Try to place an order and the response is that this item isn't available anymore
Garbage app, can't add payment method. Tried multiple cards. Useless.
Fine before update. Trying to place order..."no longer available" message. Even on the website...I get all the way to "checkout" then it empties my cart. No Cracker Barrel today!
Hasn't worked the past 2 weeks, can't place an order, and daily specials don't even show up. I have to call and place phone orders.
App doesn't work at all. Nothing saves to cart and error message saying item not available for every single item.
Every time I try to place an order it just says this item is no longer available. But I'm trying to add an entree with three sides and bread options so The error message is not helpful. Today I tried to give cracker barrel money in exchange for food, and was unsuccessful in doing so. if that doesn't make for a one-star experience I don't know what does. (I got a five off 15 coupon in the mail, but the offer is only good for online orders and I can't successfully place an online order.)
