The app doesn't allow items to be added to cart. Can't order.
It didn't work. Don't waste your time. It kept kicking me off when I was trying to pay. It kept saying that my exp. date was incorrect. I gave it a couple of chances. I finally just deleted it and payed at the register.
This app is misleading. It allows you to place an order marked as delivery, only to then sent a receipt saying it's for pick up. Incredibly misleading.
Horrible... I cant join the waiting list. I tell the manager who just dont care one bit. But it lets me pay on the app. Now a days with COVID you would think they would care enough about the customers that pay them would make it easier and give us an app that actually lets you order, pay online and join a waiting list. About to just dump this place all together.
Keeps saying I have an incorrect expiration date for my card, I double checked and tried 3 times with the correct date and it wouldn't work. It also kicks me out of the app and doesn't tell me why, I was notified by my banking app that the card was declined for incorrect expiration date.
Junk...pay online does not work.
This version of the app is NOT user friendly. I had a hard time placing an order and checking out. I am no longer able to login and CCANNOT reset my password. Very dis appointed in this app!
App will not let you save your cc info. Not going to put it in everytime. App deleted.
Unfortunately i had deleted the old app so for stuck with this new 'improved' app which is worse then useless. Trying to order ahead for Thanksgiving as all their as recommend. First, had to wait until three 26th to do so. Then it says no online order between 730am and 1030pm (it's 1am now) and says to call the store to order (they aren't open after 9pm). Having read all the negative reviews i thought i should try the website ordering instead of the app and it worked much better. Ridiculous
