I tried the app again today and it still sucks. Can't pay your bill through the app. Who is the genius that set the zip code field to accept only four digits?
Had this app for a long time. Uninstalled and reinstalled it twice while in the Cracker Barrel. It does not work; will not allow me to pay my bill. So all in all it's worthless, PITY because Cracker Barrel is a great restaurant with great staff.
Glitches with Android. The update is more difficult to use than the previous version.
New Update: After working fine for several orders, including a delivery last week, today the app has forgotten all my information despite a successful login, and claims it can no longer deliver to my address...but DoorDash, who has handled their deliveries in the past, had no issues with delivering to us. Love their food, hate this app.
This new update is absolutely frustrating! Nothing works, nothing. You cannot order certain things bc of glitches or just bc the poorly made update. You cannot place an order either.. It worked great and now it is infuriating and does not work... Very difficult and frustrating to navigate as well... 🙄😒🤦
Update is worthless, will not let me pay for order. I have tried 3 times, at least it let me enter my card info the last time. I will give it one more chance, after that, I'm deleting it and using another restaurant. I hope cracker barrel hasn't finished paying for the app, the developer screwed you.
New app doesn't save any information. What's the point in having an account that you log into if it doesn't save contact and payment information? You have to reenter every single thing and it takes forever to place an order. Old app was easier and faster to use. This app is awful. All the reviews are telling you that, and you haven't replied or fixed it. You don't care?
Piece of junk. Constantly losing my account. I've had to "sign in" 5 times now, and even though my account was set up and used multiple times last month, now when i sign in its as a "guest".
