The new app doesn't remember my login. Worse, it won't allow me to pay my check using the app. I enter the receipt code, but the Next button doesn't enable. Pathetic!
Menu has errors in descriptions and difficult to use.
Did nothing. Just main screen appears.
This app is horrible not easy to navigate since update October 2020 keeps kicking me out. Wont let me update my order. Wont like me update delivery location or anything. What's makes it even worse when you call Cracker Barrel they cant even take a order for delivery they pass you over to the delivery service like door dash. Not good customer service. This has left a bad taste for me and their service
Wait list only puts your name in the system it doesn't put you in the queue, Don't bother if you have a shorter lunch and want to get good food. This is not a reservations app. The wait times are never up to date *10 to 15 minute wait is around 25 to 30 This rating has no bearing to the store, its good food, but the application has a long way to go
Locked Lunch and Dinner options even though it's 4 in the afternoon. So you can't order any of the menu during the day even after 10:30am
Terrible. You can only pay by credit card, not debit card.
Before this update sure the app duplicated orders. Now sadly I cannot even order food because my your app doesn't like credit card. Funny your store like it earlier today.
I downloaded the app because the receipt said pay on app and there were 40 guys in the store with no masks on( it was some kind of group all together ) and I didn't want to stay in there. But I can't find pay in app function and now I'm an hour away and can't pay for my breakfast...thanks cracker barrel for breakfast!!!@
