New app is garbage!
Never works. Several of us tried from different phones.
App used to be good and easy to use. Now it's pretty much useless. I don't know why they changed it.
The waiting list section don't work 🙄 Very disappointed. Always was able to use until this "downgrade"
Since u have updated the app i t is worthless to try to order. Before the update it was easy and simple. Now it is confusing and never works on my phone now. I guess that cuts down ur business with me now.
New app doesn't save payment details which makes ordering online a chore! This is a pretty standard feature that is bizarrely missing from the app; fix this!
Its not allowing me to do curbside pickup at locations I called to confirmed were participating in curbside. It just goes to a blank page and never allows you to pay or schedule any form of pick up. I tried several different locations also.
Doesn't work... can't get the waiting list to complete the request when everything has been filled in correctly and have problems signing in... works good with iPad and poorly with Android.
New one is worse. not going to be eating here much anymore
