Portion size was very small. Customer should receive the same portion size as if they were dining in.
The chicken was cold. You could tell it was old and had been sitting for a while. The Sunday Homestyle Chicken® is usually fresh, hot, and juicy. This was a let down.
I got the Homestyle Grilled Chicken Salad. It was the worst salad I've ever gotten from a restaurant. The lettuce was wet before the dressing was on their which made the croutons soggy. It just was not fresh
Our order had items missing, the meat/ham was tore into pieces and wasnt a full slice, and our eggs along with the ham were extremely dry.
They forgot the extra pancakes I paid for and size portions were small, especially for the French toast. Other than that, it was good.
The cornbread muffins were hard and dry couldn't even eat them.
The chicken was really good. The portion size of the sides was very small wasn't very much serving size
The pancakes are cold the eggs and the meat a both over cooked. Sorry about that Cracker Barrell but I have to give you a one on this is not what my guess expected.  and the pancake syrup was not, syrup it was strawberry preserves. I am a cook, and I do know the difference.
food is always good, but the wait time is ridiculous
