The mashed potatoes were disgusting! The fact that I paid extra for loaded mashed potatoes that had absolutely 0 flavor made me more upset . The corn no butter or seasoning nor sweet gross. Chicken was great.
I love this place but they have forgotten my drinks 9 out 10 times in the last two months, Today I didn't get my drinks (4) or the size for my kids. It might be the last time I order online, I will have to go there in person to make sure I get everything. The drivers claim that that was all they got.
I didn't get my gravy! That made mashed taters pretty disappointing. The chicken was great though as was the French toast!
The southern fried chicken was over cooked and tough. Very disappointed!
The meatloaf I received was bad as in should not be consumed, bad. The inside was an icky gray color and didn't even look like meat. This definitely shouldn't have been sold! The mashed potatoes were hard and looked to be a couple days old. Did not eat any of it! I have always had good food experiences at Cracker Barrel. Not sure what happened this time, but it was horrible and could have potentially ended very badly.
Forgot the fries, pancakes were like rubber and cold
forgot one order of my hasnrown casserole. sawmill gravy is watered down
I don't like the bacon. I asked for crispy but it's still chewy.
please remember to put heavier stuff on bottom, the dumplings container was crushed from the greens
