No gravy for my chicken fried chicken & no bbq sauce for the husband's tenders. All I wanted was some comfort food after a procedure & was looking forward to the gravy. Everything else was good though.
Ordered chicken fried chicken. Second time in a row with no gravy.
Parts of my food were cold. And they missed a side . So I paid for 3 sides and only received 2. The protein portion was very small, I wish it was a full meal as displayed in the picture. I felt shorted,
The chicken was very old and odd tasting. It also didn't have any honey on it. My sides were fine.
Ordered 12 corn muffins and a 2 biscuits. Didn't receive no bread whatsoever. Also ordered a pancake kids meal and didn't get any syrup, butter, silverware, nothing. The food I did was receive was packaged sloppy and cold. Highly disappointed.

Didn't get the fruit cobbler or chicken strips. Customer service did nothing

The chicken fried chicken is supposed to come with gravy, but it didn't. Not unexpected- when we've done pickup in the past, we've always had to check that our order was complete and many times it wasn't. Sad when you consider they attach a checklist for the entire order to the bag and I would suppose their staff would know what each meal came with.
