I didn't get my grits, no napkins,no silverware. the gravy was very thick and bland
Food wasWAY too salty. Didn't even eat half of it.
Will just not include things they are out of rather than refunding or letting the dasher know so that I could ask for something different. For instance, I got a meal with 2 sides. They were out of the sides so I just didn't get any sides. This has happened 3 times now when we order from them so clearly it's just how they do things. Will not be ordering from them again.

They took the south out of South American food. The nail in the coffin was their removal of the peach topping...
I'm not sure if they had a bad cook or what? I didn't receive my slice of pie. asked for grilled chicken and received fried. mashed potatoes were cold and broccoli casserole was burned. I've ordered Togo plenty of times and it was great. so I'm sure what happened. such a disappointment 😥
I ordered a loaded potato there was No bacon no on green onions Just a little. Bit as tiny Cheese and sour cream It was rock hard Can't even eat it. I also asked for Blackberry jelly and I got strawberry jelly. I asked for extra sour cream and butter and didn't get either
Drinks doesn't have any safety seal. I was scared to drink my own beverage.
