They put a lot of brown gravy on their roast beef to hid all the fat. Inedible .
Nothing had seasoning on it. Shrimp &okra were so soggy I just threw them in the trash after trying a couple bites. Fried chicken breading had ZERO seasoning and absolutely no fat cut off of it beforehand. It was just a fat soggy mess. Corn straight from a can dumped into a ramekin, mashed potatoes tasted like just reconstituted flakes cooked in a microwave, again with no seasoning. No salt, butter, garlic, cream, nothing. I will never in my life eat at a cracker barrel again. Banquet microwave dinners taste better.
You must have a new cook. My okra was not crisp like usual and you put onions on my baked potatoe. The fish was fishy.
The roast beef was what I expected but the portion seemed smaller than advertised. They for got my biscuit and corn bread.
Missing my side of bacon and the sausage on my sandwich. They're usually much better than this.
Pretty sad with the whole experience this time. We ordered when it said 30min deli window but it took over an hour. We got the chicken strips and a chicken samdw meal. Both the rest took forever making it and the driver was late be they did another delivery on the way. The quality of the fries was terrible, ever was cold, and the stuff was all thrown around in the bag upside down and messed up.
The chicken was not actual chicken instead tenders which I would've been okay with if I actually ordered tenders, they give you less than a scoop of mashed potatoes and about a scoop of dry Mac and cheese which is not only a ridiculous size portion but disgusting and not worth the price. The corn bread was actually crumbs from them just stuffing it into a bag and the biscuits were torn to pieces and hard as a rock, you could tell who ever was packaging the food had some anger issues or was having a hard day.
