The fish itself was good but the coating was mushy. We didn't get our biscuits. You pay extra for a loaded baked potato, but mine had practically nothing. I had to use my own toppings.
We love Cracker Barrel, but the chopped Hamburger Steak this time was so salty it was almost inedible and the bacon bits on the potato were mostly fat. Do better, CB.
Normally, we love the food. This time, the breading on the fish was mushy. Didn't care for the breading on the shrimp either. Won't get that dish again .
For the first time, I'm disappointed. The pork chops were very tough and full of gristle. The loaded baked potato was barely loaded (and you pay extra for this), and the bean beans contained a large stem that poked the roof of my mouth. Just a bad dinner all the way around.
Chicken was dry, no gravy. Not enough gravy on potatoes. Eggs & sausage were cold
The dish is amazing, the biscuits could have been used as a baseball.
Pancakes and eggs were ok, hashbrowns and sausage were both undercooked. The sausage was still pink. The ham was so salty I couldnt even eat it. Bacon was good.
The pancakes are overdone and have that burnt taste. They changed the blueberry syrup which is now watery and tasteless.
wow. I am the original cracker barrel junkie and I was totally underwhelmed - no seasoning, bland, so disappointed. The side salad was fresh.
