A very nice place I am a fan of their restaurant,It was a very country place,but,very nice.The staff was very nice also,and the food was very good.
Maximum comfort food When I think of Cracker Barrel, I think of comfort food. They are the recipes that my mother and grandmother used to cook. It's really crowded on Sundays after church, unless you come early, be prepared to wait. But the time flies as you browse in their little country store to shuffle and touch. Down home cooking My husband and I enjoyed a lunch of grilled trout and pan-fried fish along with home-cooked vegetables like turnip greens and heavenly mashed potates. Their biscuits and cornbread are the best.
Usually the service here is fast and the food is still appropriately warm. The staff are friendly and helpful in the store. Bring a jacket during the summer months, however, because they seem to have the air conditioner set below 68 and you shiver while eating unless adequately prepared!

A real favorite. Great home cooking at a fair price. We especially like the breakfast service. They have an item that is not usually listed on the menu. I believe that it's called the "Grandma's breakfast" or something similar. It provides a selection of meats, two eggs, the hash brown and pecan pancakes. Absolutely wonderfu.
Its a must eat every week Ok so I am totally in love with this place and the service. Everything about CB is awsome, even down to the reasonable prices for old fashioned country cooking to the great weight staff. We eat here every Tuesday after horseback riding less...
Now here's an ok place to go if you're tired of the norm. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is good. We always had fresh rolls. At least give it a try once.
I love this type of food. The is down home cooking and country style. It also has a little store combined with it. My dish I get is the Chicken Fried Steak, which is my fave. I love the vegtables, and the fresh hot bread and rolls.
