Dumplings are a little undercooked. Flavor is delicate.
CFS was frozen so not as good as it could've been if it was hand battered. Biscuits were pretty bland. Gravy was good and hashbrown casserole is always a winner.
Homestyle Chicken , loaded mashed potatoes and coleslaw was superb! Biscuits with butter and homemade apple butter was superb! Freshly Brewed Premium Coffee was very good. Sawmill Gravy was great!!
the flounder or whatever it is was good. the **SATURDAY ONLY** Southern BBQ Ribs they need improvement
next time I would add the pot roast in its own container so the gravy doesnt go all over the other food for the customer. other then that it was good
This dish has so much potential to be a favorite of mine—even an everyday meal—regardless of how unhealthy it may be. Unfortunately, the cut of beef they use is mostly fat, leaving little actual meat to enjoy. Some people may appreciate chewing or savoring the fat, but I’m not one of them.
