Food was not consistent . some items were hot and others like the hashbrown casserole was dry and cold. Wondering how fresh it was

The Hand-Breaded Fried Chicken Tenders were really dry and rubbery, tasted old
Food is always prepared accordingly and ready in a timely manner.
Old Timers breakfast was great!
Pancakes were a bit over done. Syrup was not included in order. Over all really good
the glass of Tea I ordered, and the gray didn't have lids on them at all. and everything was thrown in the bag with the little items on the bottom and large ones on top.
They didn't give us the fries. Things have been left off the last 3 times we've ordered. Idk if there's new management or what but it's been disappointing. Luckily the food is just as good so we'll keep trying :/
I ordered a side of pinto beans and it was watery and bland and the juices from it dripped out the container and onto my muffins
