I recently visited a different Cracker Barrel location, and I decided to stick with a classic meal. I ordered bacon, eggs, and the hashbrown casserole, and I must say, the food was absolutely delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. I also noticed that the restaurant was very clean, which is always a plus. Overall, it was a great visit, and I look forward to returning soon!
I signed up for the new rewards program and was excited to see the app let's you sign up ahead for seating. I was 20 min away when I signed up and it stated a 25 min wait time. That was 1050 am. We arrive and are told it would be another 30 min wait. We were seated at 1130. The server was nice and the food arrived faster than we expected. Once it arrived we knew why. * Don't do that. Reply of tell us more. I have spoken directly to Joshua at the restaurant twice in less than 3 weeks. You have no interest in doing things the right way, only the lazy fast cheap way. Whether dining in or having it delivered, you're lucky if you get fresh food. When ordering delivery they will never get the order correct. (Based on our experiences.) Management will apologize but they will do nothing to course correct or maintain loyalty. First time visiting cracker barrel and wow! 10/10! Food was amazing! Our waiter/server was also fantastic. We had breakfast this time but Will certainly be returning to explore more of the menu! Had the items from the fall menu and loved them!
I've ate at A LOT of Cracker Barrel's and this place is a JOKE. Please save your money. Ordered chocolate milk for my kid, the server comes back, and says there is none. Okay, not a problem, regular milk is fine. Ordered the seasonal country fried turkey, ohh, we're out of that also. That's fine, I like hamburger steak. I ordered it well done.
