I recently visited a different Cracker Barrel location, and I decided to stick with a classic meal. I ordered bacon, eggs, and the hashbrown casserole, and I must say, the food was absolutely delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. I also noticed that the restaurant was very clean, which is always a plus. Overall, it was a great visit, and I look forward to returning soon!
I visited this location after not having been for about one year. My last visit was less than exciting. The food quality and portions had gone down. I was pleasantly surprised on this visit. The pecan pancakes (a fave) were wonderfully once again big and fluffy, the bacon was cooked to my request of extra crispy. So happy to put this location back on my go to list. SPECIAL MENTION to my server Jennifer N (table #244) she was so very pleasant, friendly and got my order spot on right down to knowing what extra syrup means lol.
I've ate at A LOT of Cracker Barrel's and this place is a JOKE. Please save your money. Ordered chocolate milk for my kid, the server comes back, and says there is none. Okay, not a problem, regular milk is fine. Ordered the seasonal country fried turkey, ohh, we're out of that also. That's fine, I like hamburger steak. I ordered it well done. I signed up for the new rewards program and was excited to see the app let's you sign up ahead for seating. I was 20 min away when I signed up and it stated a 25 min wait time. That was 1050 am. We arrive and are told it would be another 30 min wait. We were seated at 1130. The server was nice and the food arrived faster than we expected. Once it arrived we knew why. As much as I love Cracker Barrel, this particular restaurant has failed multiple times when I have ordered food. I had raw meat chicken fried steak. I have had wrong orders. And the latest is I ordered a vegetable plate and they just put it in containers and no plate. I do order these items to go or online both. I have spoken to the managers who unfortunately just like to come up with excuses.. No resolution no No Customer service just excuses! I strongly recommend that you do not eat at this particular location.
