Stopped with a group from work. The service was barely adequate, they seemed to be having a bad day. The turkey with dressing and steamed broccoli was very good. The biscuits were very tasty.
Now that they have added the Wholesome Fixin's, we stop in more often. Great place to meet with family and friends for a meal, fast friendly service, reasonable and now it's easy to stay health conscious too. I've eaten at numerous cracker barrels over the years with mixed results. The service and food at this one was good. A definite do again if I'm ever in the area and it's time to eat!

Conroe's "Cracker Barrel" is every bit as good as any I have been to in Texas. It is very close to the La Quinta in town, which is also a near perfect motel to stay in.

Nothing to dislike. Sometimes one needs to have a property that is uniform and dependable. Our food was good, clean, and served promptly, so that we could get back on the road. Nice, smiling faces, and clean restrooms. Great!
I usually love cracker barrel but we had a bad enough time that day that we won't be going back there for a long time.It was disappointing to me my Mother my husband and Son.
