Dry meat loaf , no gravy , everything was bad
Had the turkey and dressing special. the dressing was very dry and the turkey was obviously reheated. I have alwayslove this special, but this time, they missed the mark
I just got home with my order and this is how my cabbage order looked. Their service just goes from bad to worse.
Didn't get everything I ordered. The chicken fried steak is not made in store it's frozen. My half gallon of sweet tea was unsweetened. Just wasn't a good experience
Dumplins were mushy and almost completely disolved.
The hamburger was over done, dry, and the edges were burnt. No amount of mayonnaise or cheese helped. I had ordered my meat medium. The lettuce was black at the edges and wilted. We haven't eaten our two dinners yet so I have no opinion on their quality. This notwithstanding, the fact that we had waited 1 1/2 hours for our order because another order at KFC was delayed. We are very loyal customers and do not appreciate being pushed to the back of the line.
Ordered hamburger steak with gravy & onions, green beans and Pinto beans for my husband. The beans were under cooked. My order was hamburger steak without gravy & onions, got gravy & onions. Macaroni & cheese and turnip greens. I did not get the mac & cheese - you basically doubled my husband's order. Disappointed for all.
Why did they change the size—or the cup—for the Iced Caramel Latte? 💔 It's really small now.
Catfish and hash browns were delicious. Dumplings were dry and flavorless and although okra was great there were fewer than 10 pieces. Coca Cola cake has been out of stock last couple times ordered. Was so excited it was in stock, but it was dried out. Guess we'll forego it from now on. Think we'll get food elsewhere going forward.
