Dissappointed This is what happens when a restaurant try's to become too much. Too much touristy things and not enough food.
Have to ask for napkins, ice water, rolls, and jelly Service was terrible. Also, the food has steadily decreased in quality as we use to eat here quite often. If the food gets better, we will return. Poor Management...
Just not the same. WOW what a disappointment. Hubby and I had been coming here for the past year and this last visit just sealed it for us not to come back. When we first started coming service was amazing, slowly it became pretty bad. And what is this now you don't get biscuits or cornbread because as the waitress told us, " people just waste them so the manager is doing away with us bringing...
Bad service...maybe just a fluke?. This Cracker Barrel just seems old...smells old, looks old. There are hardly any people there around peak times. The service is pretty bad. Apparently they are trying to save money by cheating you out of bread. From now on, I'll call them the Biscuit Nazis. Food is consistently good, though.
