The beans were not done as I'm still crunchy not done. The biscuits were dry and stale. The fried potato casserole bite things were soggy.
The chicken was fried so hard it had no taste and you count even chew it the pickles were fried so hard it wasjust batter and no pickles in side of the batter.
I got the All-Day Pancake Breakfast Family Meal for my family on Saturday...I was excited since I didn't have to cook because it was a really busy day... got the order and opened it... it looked good... when everyone got their plates, it was different... the pancakes were not fresh and hard! The hash browns were not cooked all the way... the eggs and bacon was ok. We had no choice but it eat rather than waste $60!!! They have gone downhill a lot...They didn't send Silverware or napkins like I asked...
The bacon was not cooked well. I had to refry it just to make it edible.
The portion sizes were not good for the price. The Chicken n' Dumplins were bland like someone just put water. The hash brown casserole was just hash browns that looked like they cooked it in a piece of cheese and thrown on the plate. The Fried Cinnamon Apples were mashed up.
I did not receive my complete order. The Country Ham was missing which spoiled the whole meal because I order the Sampler to get The HAM. Missing items and incomplete orders are becoming regular occurrences on these apps
Sausage is literally the first item on the receipt and did not receive it. Instead of getting 8 biscuits only got 6. I even ordered 4 extra biscuits. I usually love Cracker Barrell but this time not so much.
steak was terrible
Beans overcooked and Dry No second side! Fish was delicious that's it.
