The food was not cooked well and very bland. The Hashbrown Casserole was horrible and the French Momma's French Toast Breakfast® was brunt on two of the toast. The staff also gave my boyfriend a hard time getting the food even when he used my name and dash code.

I ordered the Momma's Pancake Breakfast and it was horrible. The pancakes were too thick and greasy, plus my scrambled eggs were runny!
Items were missing, food was lukewarm. Eggs were WAY over cooked. Not a good breakfast
Chicken fried steak tasted spoiled. Couldn't eat it.
I hope they are better at serving customers in person because I have never yet gotten a delivery order that is 100% correct from the DeSoto Cracker Barrel.
Ordered kids meal chicken tenders-- they were burnt. Ordered 2 drinks, didn't receive them (restaurant told dasher that I hadn't ordered drinks, yet there were 2 on the receipt.) didn't get the sauce for my onion petals, got no butter for my cornbread. No utensils.
The greens were 2 different colors with no flavor. The entire plate was a waste. Portion was ok. Wouldn't order again
