I hope they are better at serving customers in person because I have never yet gotten a delivery order that is 100% correct from the DeSoto Cracker Barrel.
Ordered kids meal chicken tenders-- they were burnt. Ordered 2 drinks, didn't receive them (restaurant told dasher that I hadn't ordered drinks, yet there were 2 on the receipt.) didn't get the sauce for my onion petals, got no butter for my cornbread. No utensils.
The greens were 2 different colors with no flavor. The entire plate was a waste. Portion was ok. Wouldn't order again
Steak was burnt
The fried chicken was double fried. It was terrible.
The taste was off, small portions, no Kolby cheese on my eggs, and used sliced cheese on loaded hash browns.
Small chicken fried chicken, no biscuits giving, one slice of bacon and the ham is a scam!
Chicken was overcooked and oil tasted old.
Hashbrown casserole was super dry and taste old. Dumplings had no taste
