Cornbread looks like hockey pucks
I ordered the chicken fried chicken, and the serving was super small, my biscuit was almost as big as the chicken breast.
My order was missing bacon. The drinks were watered down. none of the food was warm anymore. The pancakes were so tough and chewy.
Please improve on time and communication. My dasher shouldn't have to try to speak to the manager after waiting 50 minutes to get my food. The potatoes were cold and for the fact I am 5 minutes away from the location, I expected better from them. Regardless of how much staff you have, just be honest and upfront when you are lagging.
literally the whole order was trash. half the portion size you'd normally see at the restaurant. Homestyle Chicken n' French Toast - chicken breast was cold and hard and about the size of a credit card. French toast was dense and burnt. The Bacon n’ Egg Hashbrown Casserole was also cold, small portion and the bacon was greesy and limp. worst Cracker Barrel experience ever.
We've never had such an awful meal from Cracker Barrel. Everything was way too salty. I've always loved the pot Roast Beef with the housemade gravy. This time, it was definitely from a package that tasted like brown salt, not even beefy salt. Even the corn was salty. Hubby couldn't even eat his Lemon Pepper Grilled Rainbow Trout because of all the salt.
Side of Sawmill Gravy I ordered and paid for was not included in delivery. This Cracker Barrel has a history of not including all items ordered. I do not recommend anyone order from this store.
shrimp was soaked in coleslaw dressing and items missing
My eggs were supposed to be cooked over easy but they came almost sunny side up with parts of the egg not completely cooked. I received one piece of very well done bacon.
