My two orders of Two Buttermilk Pancakes were burnt. I did not receive my Iced S'more Latte. I had to microwave my order just so I wasn't forced to eat cold eggs. Hasbrowns were decent despite them having onions like I specifically asked them not to. Won't be bothering with this place if I can't even get all the food items I paid for.
I've never seen a steak that looks like ground beef in the inside pretty bland I thought ppl really liked Cracker Barrel it was my first time trying I won't buy it again. Like was this food even prepared at a Cracker Barrel? I can't believe people love this restaurant
The scrambled eggs were overcooked
Food was overall very bland and arrived cold despite not being far at all. I could tell the sausage and bacon were not made fresh, they were dry, over cooked and looked and tasted like they had been sitting under a warming light for hours. Would not order from here again, food while eating in store is usually great, so to have a whole different experience with delivery is disappointing.
My chocolate cake looks like it has been sat on
The mash potatoes were one big lump with gravy on top. The stuffing was dry and tasteless. The gravy just didn't taste good. The turkey was okay. I was very disappointed.
Pinto beans were overcooked to mush. The onion or relish was not included in the bag the corn bread was also overcooked. This is not what we expected from Cracker Barrel.
I was very disappointed with this order overall. For a french toast bake, a person is going to need utensils and napkins. None were provided in the bag. the food container was not sealed in any way, nor was the bag other than being tied shut. In this day and age, there need to be stickers to show the container hasn't been opened or a way to show the bag hasn't. There wasn't a way to show either. As for the food, the bacon was great. The pieces of cake were very small for the price and one piece part of the side of the cake was gone, I was not happy with the cake, but it did taste good.
