Beware of ordering late at night . Did not get the soup or apples though CB sent a half scoop of chili …. Not what I expected.
Did not sed the salad dressing to go with the salad I ordered.House Salad. Chicken Noodle Soup Bowl was good, just too small
if that is the best Cracker Barrel can do, they need to close there doors. I am sick and needed a good meal but instead I had to throw everything in the trash....$40.00 in the trash. Chicken was like chewing on beef jerky and what was supposed to be dumplins was a cup of chicken gravy....no dumplins at all. So much for getting a good meal. won't be visiting that restaurant again. Hopefully not all Cracker Barrel's have gotten that bad.
As good as it looks is as bad as it is. The chicken is okay. The gravy tastes like chemicals. The corn tastes like nothing. The biscuit and the corn muffin have the consistency of glue. The mashed potatoes hard. Hard. Mashed. Potatoes.
forgot half my order in the bag and the blueberry pancakes were undercooked because they threw berries in the middle and that's it. I don't suggest eating it as take out if it's busy inside. they seem to not care about the to go orders and will give you random substitutions for orders. also couldn't put straws in the bag either
The middle of my pancakes were not cooked all the way and the fried apples were not done either apples were still hard and were barely covered in the sauce. Ordered eggs over easy and they were slightly over done. The drink tasted like it was missing most of the snore flavorings and was just coffee with some chocolate sauce.
Portions were extremely small!
the food is normally good, however this time it was not good. the Biscuits & Gravy with Bacon or Sausage. it was very bland. the bacon was raw tasting. I ended up throwing the food away.. with pot roast
This is the second time we have had several missing items we ordered and the rice was completely dry and terrible, also the chicken in the chicken and dumplins was uncooked in the middle. Last time we ever order here for sure, was willing to give it a chance after the first time but obviously this is the standard level of food and service you get here.
