I love their Fried Chicken but this came very overcooked and dark and brown. the Dasher got here very quickly so I know it wasn't sitting in her car very long. she came directly here but I was very disappointed in the food. probably should have called them
crispy chicken cold, and dry wasn't cooked fresh
I ordered the Momma's French Toast breakfast, alibgwith a sudeirder ifgrits with colby cheese. The French toast was burned. The grits were missing along with the maple syrup. All things considered this ordered was a disaster. I will not order from here again.
Ordered stuffed French toast and this is the mess I received.
Pancakes were cold and Very greasy, did not receive any eggs, sausage was inedible. Fruit was hard, threw out the whole breakfast!
Ordered delivery from Door Dash and order was not completely filled by Cracker Barrel. They left out 3 items. No hashbrown casserole with the sausage and egg breakfast. Ordered 3 orders of okra, only received 1 order. The food was cold and the texture of the chicken fried steak was dry and too salty. The gravy had gelled up in the cup. Ordered French toast and there was no syru the butter cup only had a tsp of butter in it. The French toast was dry and overcooked
I ordered the bacon and egg Bacon n’ Egg Hashbrown Casserole, it is supposed to be topped with tomato and green onion and for some reason when I order off door dash they always forget the tomato and green onions. This is like the 4th time they have done this. You would think I would learn my lesson but it keeps happening. Without the pop of freshness from the tomatoes it is just not good and feels too greasy and heavy.
Once again the saw mill gravy was forgotten, for both meals.
