Took 2 hours to get the order. The Bee Sting Chicken Sandwich was missing its glaze, so ended up being a plain chicken sandwich. Sunnyside up eggs looked like they sat for a very long time.
Usually everything is great. Occasionally they will omit biscuits, and pancakes were overcooked/burned/tough a couple of times.
Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage Not very good
Ordered Momma's French Toast Breakfast® and Mmmm Mac n’ Cheese Food was cold. The mac n cheese had chunks of burnt cheese it. (It was for my daughter who politely picked out the burnt pieces.) Very disappointed, Cracker Barrel is a family favorite!! Will still order again, this has never happened before and I won't hold a grudge for one bad order. Everyone has an off day amd normally both things I ordered today are hot & delicious!
Very disappointed with this meal, the chicken had more breading than there was chicken and the chicken was rubbery. Will never purchas this again. on the bright side, they have some of the BEST green beans.
forgot syrup and charged 5$ for broccoli Broccoli Cheese Casserole side that was basically 1 piece of broccoli and a bunch of crumbs
First timing user for Door Dash, decided to order from Cracker Barrel, Ordered Biscuits and Gravy with sausage side, for family member and Momma's French toast breakfast, plus two chicken-fried chicken dinners, received no biscuits and gravy just two extra sausage links, French toast was horrible, the only thing that was right was the Door Dash Delivery Driver was right on time
Everything was dry and gross and they forgot the gravy for the biscuits and gravy
I spent $38 on burnt French toast
