the Build Your Own Homestyle Breakfast came with the blackest burnt bacon I've ever seen
Roast beef was dry and so dark it was almost black. Potatoes were barely warm in both meals. It would have been more professional for Cracker Barrel to say they were out of those items
very cold. green beans were ice cold, biscuits hard as a rock. it looked liked someone threw half scoop of veggies. mashed potatoes had water at bottom. horrible

The food was all cold and the portion sizes were very small besides the pancakes.
No salt or pepper taste in Dumplins. Mushy, no salt in U.S. Farm-Raised Grilled Catfish - 2 Pieces . No rice in Broccoli Cheese Casserole. One decent corn muffin and one pretty burnt.
The bacon was unbelievably undercooked. I asked for crispy bacon, which means cook it well! One egg was cooked correctly at over medium but the other was over hard. I like just a little runny yolk but not a lot. Someone is getting more stingy with the gravy as well. The biscuits and hashbrown casserole were fine and tasted good. I love Cracker Barrel and would sure hate to switch to another breakfast place. Sure hope they get this sorted out. Thanks for listening.
