no syrup and the portions were tiny!
There were no silverware or napkins in our to go order and we are at a hotel so we did not have anything on hand to eat with. We paid extra for the loaded hash brown casserole and they gave us the smallest portion I've ever seen. Not happy at all!

Dumplings had white flecks of something in them. Hash brown casserole was cold. Disappointed as food is usually great .
We ordered the Grandmas Sampler and didn't get the pancakes, which is the main dish. The country ham was small and shriveled. And when we disputed we only got $4 back.
I didn't receive the hash brown casserole for any of the 6 plates with no substitute . Also, all of the biscuits were undercooked. I usually love Cracker Barrel. May have ordered at a busy time.
Breading on Chicken Fried Chicken had the consistency of wet bread. Okra was only ok. The meal was disappointing. Only redeeming quality was...It arrived hot.
My steak was not made right it was supposed to be well done and 2 items were left out of my order no biscuits and my hash brown casserole
