I called Cracker Barrel & spoke with Manager Roberto. I explained the pot roast did not have any celery or onions & only 3 tiny carrots which did not match the presentation pics on Crackers website!! Very very disappointing!!! Refund me!!!
Really bad, they burned the cheese in too. You couldn't eat it. Not Sheppard Pie more like r over cooked roast
**MONDAY ONLY** Chicken & Rice, Unfortunately, they severely oversalted the chicken and mushroom gravy, so I could not eat it. The seasoned rice was hard
food was good, the fries were a little stale. they were also very slow, my Dasher waited 35 minutes for them to make my simple order with only a Barrel Cheeseburger* and dessert.
The chicken on my salad is not edible, it is hard and dry and nothing like I've gotten in the past.
Chicken in the Chicken & Dumplins was full of either hard or stringy, chewy pieces. The chicken fried Chicken Fried Chicken didn't even come with gravy. And the Lil' Barrel Cheeseburgers were hard and dried out. And the cornbread was flavorless.
The meatloaf was half cooked and cold upon arrival. It had bits of hard bone or cartilage throughout and not well seasoned. It's not worth the money. The other sides of mashed potatoes,macaroni and cheese, and greens were unflavored and bland. Very disappointing 😞
Messed up my entire order. Items were missing. The manager had to come out and state they were out of alot of items. Nothing was good unfortunately
Meats were ovecooked and Hashbrown Casserole was cold. Ham was gray in color and the sausage was hard. Will not be ordering again.
