Country fried Country Fried Steak was overcooked, batter almost burnt and very dry and hard to chew.
Bacon was raw and food was cold. Pancakes were too thick. Didn't want ham but received it anyway
We usually order from CB earlier in the day with no issues. This time it was later on after work that we ordered so I am guessing this is the problem with the poor quality. So peeps order earlier in the day for quality issues.
Pot Roast and mashed potatoes were extremely dry
I ordered 4 vegetable plate but only three items were sent, the rolls and cornbread looked like yesterday's leftovers. I used to lik Cracker Barrel but this is the second time this situation has happened. I wont be ordering from them again
**MONDAY ONLY** Chicken n' Rice was too salty
Eggs and pancakes were cold. . The bacon was good n crispy ham was kinda rubbery. Big waste in plastic packaging
To Go team needs to be talked to by management. Every time I order from here they make mistakes. First time they forgot my watermelon lemonade and gravy, second time no silverware, and this time no silverware and biscuits when I ordered cornbread. The portion for the Hashbrown Casserole Tots was very small as well.
