Meatloaf and sides were like eating my Mom's Meatloaf. It was like being home. The Biscuit Beignets were out standing along with Pinto Beans and Fried Apples. I try the Collard Greens but I can't give a review on them as I didn't care for them.
Mashed potatoes were lumpy and the carrots were way overcooked.
We gave you a thumbs up because the steak tasted good but the medium well had no pink in it. It was very dry & tough to cut. Sides were very good
Chicken and dumplins family meal is a horrible value. $55 and the tray isn't even half full
I ordered because I'm not feeling well. There is no broth. And everything is super dry.
All items were with a very bland flavor. Coarse Ground Grits very watery, Sawmill Gravy beside being too watery did not have any flavor at all and the sausage patties hard, overcooked. I'm very disappointed with the entire order, not what good old CB used to be!
Can't have biscuits and gravy without the gravy. Pancakes came with no syrup. They said they'll make it up to us next time......instead of making it right.
I loved the Pot Roast and your Grilled Chicken Tenders . Unfortunately, you have eliminated both of these dishes. Pleae bring them back.
The portion of shrimp for the kids meal and adult meal are the same which is disappointing. They just gave more fries for the adult portion, so I ordered the kids again and now there were even less shrimp. We normally get the fried chicken and meatloaf combo and the portion of fried chicken was really small this time smaller than the palm of my hand. Maybe the kitchen is skimping today
