Highly dissatisfied. We love their food but this time the service was well below par. The butterfly shrimp and okra were both under cooked and items were missing from our order not to mention we were supposed to get double portions and didn't. We spent almost $50 for dinner and didn't get to enjoy it all.
ordered family cake for $18.00, I got 1 slice of cake. seriously?
the meatloaf I ordered was very dry. I tried to order extra brown gravy just in case that happened but nothing on the app would allow me to do it. I would have been willing to pay for it as well this is the first time I've written a bad review for Cracker Barrel.

Southern fried chicken was a bit hard to eat. everything else was good
beans had no meat or juice and tasted old
Add more syrup, giving customers one bottle of syrup for three pancakes is ridiculous and give customers more meatless options i.e. the ability to replace the meats with potatoes or beyond meat options.
