Great food and wonderful hospitality Came here as it is near our hotel. As usual, the food was excellent (catfish, ribs, haddock). Really loved our waitress Sheri - super friendly and efficient and made sure we were happy with our meals and had drinks refilled, etc. would definitely recommend to any weary travelers looking for a nice and friendly relaxing meal.
I was a little disappointed this trip Cracker Barrel has always been one of my favorite Breakfast Spots on the Go. Usually great service and great food every time. This visit was a little off the mark. The food was just average and had very little flavor and attention to detail. The service was average as well and it wasn't even super busy when we were there....
Good meeting spot Everyone enjoyed their meal, whether breakfast or lunch. We got a table quickly and service was prompt. We use this location to do a 'handoff' after grandparent camp in Durham with grandchild from DC. It's a nice midway rest and we miss the rush hour traffic.
Good food and good service I have been going to Cracker Barrels for years and my experience have been up and down. This time the waitress was fast efficient and provided very fine service. The Store was well stocked.
Good choice for a family of 8 Lots of choices, everyone found something the liked. Food is average and fairly salty. Waitress was extremely pleasant and quick with refills. Clean. It was fine after a long day of travel. A plus is the breakfast for dinner option!

Excellent service CB is located off I 95 on Rt 10 west. Easy access on/off interstate for travelers. Clean, fast service and good food are the mainstays of all CB.....but this location is exceptional.
Stop for dinner Cracker barrels are fairly consistent with the quality of food. What can really vary is the service. We had an excellent server who was attentive and went the extra mile. Cracker Barrel Chester, VA Every Cracker Barrel I have visited is the same...OUTSTANDING. The decor is an experience. The selection of items is super and the food is all outstanding. The service is timely and friendly, every where I go. The value is excellent and I never leave hungry. A keeper on my return every time!!
