I used to love Cracker Barrel but what used to be the best thing on there menu (hashbrown casserole) is terrible now.
This is the fourth time I've ordered from Cracker Barrel recently.  I ordered the hamburger steak and even though I did request well done, it was totally burnt. I ordered the bacon , crispy and it was burnt as well. The pancakes tasted like they were cooked in old grease and even though they did include everything in my order, the last two orders things were left out. Not the Cracker Barrel I use to love. Will not be ordering from them again.
food just wasn't that great this time. And the fish was very dry.
They gave 1 syrup for 3 pancakes, my hash brown casserole legit tasted like shredded potatoes, no onions or cheese.
french toast was the nastiest Ive ever had
Definitely not worth the price paid when you get the thinnest pancakes and smallest pieces of bacon.
Both orders of french toast were burnt
During pick up they forgot my caramel latte so I had to wait another 10 mins for them to make it. Then once I got home I noticed they also forgot the french toast in my french toast meal. The bacon and eggs were in the container, but not the French toast ... just make sure you check your order .
French toast is burnt on bottom side and all dry also fried chicken is dry. Very disappointed.
