Rice was not cooked at all. Hard and crunchy. Themac and cheese was soup, bland
Cold veggies and the fruit cup only consisted of blueberries and pineapples...One more thing. The broccoli had way too many large pieces of "stalk" rather than florets. Do better!

first off didn'treceive Biscuit Beignets, 2 pieces of **WEEKEND ONLY** Southern Fried Chicken was bruised, the turnip greens were good but the seasoning meat looked llike someone had chewed it and put back in the greens. we all knowwhat that looks like. fried apples were delicious.
My hamburger steak is dry with no gravy! Who eats Salisbury steak with no gravy????
The country fried steak came without gravy and the chicken dumplings were dry
