I always have the best experience with my taste buds from Cracker Barrell.
Everything was perfect!!!! It was my first time ordering from Cracker Barrel, but my order was perfect. Pancakes were fluffy with lightly crunchy edges. My bacon was crispy just like I ordered it (you get the option of crispy or soft bacon). My eggs were scrambled with cheese and my sweet tea was delicious - not too sweet.
Pancakes, scramble eggs, crispy bacon, sausage patties and course grits were cooked to perfection.
The Grandma's Sampler is everything you need especially if you get the Fried Apples and put it over your pecan pancakes with butter and the maple syrup...! Delicious.
The huckleberry tea is good. The food is good too.
Crispy Tender Dippers all good for my child. **TUESDAY ONLY** Country Fried Pork Chops They left off my side of gravy. Mashed potatoes are just that. Potatoes that are mashed up with no butter or milk like they should be. They have messed up my ordears so much I'm so ready not to order from them anymore. They really don't know much about country cooking. 0/5
Not enough scrambled eggs the quality of the Old Timer's Breakfast needs improvement I don't know what happened after the last few times we ordered it!!!
Chicken and Dumplings was ridiculous! More like Dumplings and Dumplings, w/extra Salt! Pintos tasted like they were poured out of a can. And the chicken fried steak was overcooked!
**THURSDAY ONLY** Turkey & Dressing Ordered pinto beans...so thick and dark brown which means they were real old. Probably cooked the day before because I ordered between 1:00 - 1:30pm. Other times there were no issues with the beans. Also they hardly give any gravy with this anymore. Sad!!!
