Green beans overcooked. Carrots were rubbery as if the were microwaved.

The bag wasn't secured properly. Makes me apprehensive to consume because anyone could access my food to tamper with it. I would suggest implementing a way to make your delivery items tamper proof.

The French toast was burnt and they always, always forget the butter and blueberry syrup.

The scrambled eggs were not fully cooked and the hashbrown casserole was underdone. The potatoes were still raw. The entire order was cold even though the dasher had to wait a long time for them to get the order prepared

Just bad. The roast was tough, mashed potatoes were dry and clumpy, cornbread had no taste.. thank goodness for the green beans that came with it. Can't mess that up, huh?

I had to cut the pot roast with a knife and they didn't give me the sweet tea that I ordered. Disappointing

I was upset that the bag my food was in was not secured and bugs(flies got into my bag). However, I did enjoy the food.

My mashed potatoes and gravy was horrible, very lumpy and stuck together. My wife's chicken & dumplings was mostly chicken that wasn't prepared properly, (horribly cut chicken), her beans weren't cooked through. Usually food is good and consistent... not this time.
