TheSlow-Braised Pot Roast Family Meal, was everything we expected, and more. The green beans were seasoned to perfection, but the star was really the Slow-Braised Pot Roast. Anytime you can cut meat with a spoon, that's tender. The meat was flavorful and satisfying. The carrots and celery in the Pot Roast were cooked perfectly. **THURSDAY ONLY** Turkey & Dressing was passable but not what I would call delicious. It was missing the cranberry relish. The cornbread dressing had huge chunks of barely cooked celery. Chicken Fried Chicken was missing the gravy but was still tasty. The biscuits that came with all three meals were hard and dry.
