very small portions of all the sides on both orders only 9 pieces of okra and a small scoop of corn and the same on the other order. should be embarrassing to the store
The pie wasnt cooked and was "doughy".
Food was cold Okra was only a small portion rolls instead of corn bread disappointing
missing items, wrong items, raw biscuits size of half dollar. DEPLORABLE SERVICE!!!
Biscuits and scrambled eggs were burnt. No silverware included.
The biscuits were hard as rocks, asked for syrup for our pancakes- received none! - no jelly, no drinks we requested- spending 75.00 we got jipped and ripped off- called the store to notify and the store manager never came to the phone - never again!
Simply sloppy and careless. Cold and bland. Yes, I got what I ordered. I didn't get syrup. So the cold, bland Pancake Tacos were just that. I didn't get a straw, so the iced coffee with the whipped cream into the dome lid couldn't be accessed. The pancakes were wrapped in wrinkled old foil and cold. Other places care what the to good customer might want or need. I'm at a hotel. The food isnt good and the presentation is worse. I'll NEVER order from Cracker Barrel on the road again.
This is the second time this store has left out part of my order!
The dumpling were sooooo salty they were terrible, greens had no taste, Mac and cheese hard. Best thing in the meal was the sweet potato. However , last time I order or visit this location.
