Our food was fantastic !!! Customer service while picking up was interesting. Had to ask to be helped due to staff listening in on a situation being handled by a manager with another customer. Am sure this can be improved- a smile and a thank you are an easy fix .

The grilled chicken tenders are ALWAYS so tender and full of flavor!!! It's my "go to" and the sides never disappoint!
They never have the latte when I order through door dash. maybe they should take it off their menu if it isn't available
Good food but takes forever on the restaurants side
I got the the beef tips with the garlic butter drizzled on it, the fried shrimp and chicken tenders. I also got the the mash potatoes and and greens for sides and they SNAPPED! 10/10 or 5 stars! I usually get the trout meal with sides and or breakfasts platters as well. Cracker barrel is so delicious everytime I order and receive their food!
Mom didn't get her white gravy for her biscuits and gravy. This is the second time items have been left off. I didn't get my chicken on my order but I all so got so much food I didn't need it.
Love the bacon and chicken dumplings.
I had the spicy grilled catfish fillets, coleslaw, sreakfries, and two delicious biscuits ... YUM...
